Zenon Consulting aim to give the best possible people service from a group of highly skilled clinicians who enable and support service and workforces on a range of complex issues.

Our Health Champions have a wide range of skills to enable your people to flourish in the current world of healthcare delivery.

Our Clinical Team are all experienced NHS Directors and  Senior Managers with wide and accredited coaching skills, our goal is to work with your people to:

  • Improve ability to relate to others
  • Increase motivation
  • Improve personal effectiveness (focused effort)
  • Increase resourcefulness/resilience (ability to handle change)
  • Understand their own brilliance and move their clinical team or service forward to meet local and national targets

A number of evidenced based tools are used to enable and support clients during a coaching contract.

The Zenon Clinical Team provides dynamic Customer Care training programmes for all staff at all levels across the NHS. The programme covers interpersonal communication and the power of positive thinking for first line staff in Primary and Secondary Care.

The programme covers communication, dignity, respect and how to achieve high quality care and support for patients and their carers.

Our Medical, Midwifery and Nurse Team work with NHS clients on patient care clinical risk issues. We provide a safe and dynamic platform for organisations to debrief.

Our Midwife risk advisor works with clients for obstetric cases and enables others to manage patient complaints and litigation as appropriate.  We can also back this up with other associates in the HR and OD field.

We work with leaders to develop improved care pathways, increase staff efficiency, facilitate clinical leader support forums, and review the working practices of front line staff.



Current Assignments

Julia Tybura is providing OD support to Kent, Surrey and Sussex Leadership Academy. She is working with senior system leaders as the representative of the Local Leadership Academy, providing expert analysis, advice, support and OD interventions.

Rupert Wainwright has just completed his role as interim Deputy Director of Acute Services at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust.

Julia Tybura - along with Zenon associates - is providing continuing HR and OD support to City and Hackney CCG in London.

Julia is now an accredited Belbin Team Roles practitioner.  As well as giving a greater insight into the benefits of 360°feedback, team dynamics and job analysis, this gives Julia full backup from the Belbin office. Get in touch if you'd like to hear more about Zenon's team building workshops.

Julia facilitated an HR career speed dating event for over 50 people. The event was for the HPMA London Academy and feedback was very positive: "The structured format was one of the most constructive I have encountered.".
